At Viking Warriors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
